Santa Barbara natives Ethan and Josie aka CANDYLAND began producing their own original songs back in April of 2012. After becoming the first act to win back-to-back Beatport remix contests (Skrillex “Make it Bun Dem” & Bingo Players “Rattle”) and racking up over 1.3 Million Soundcloud plays, they released their debut album “Bring the Rain” on SPINNIN RECORDS (Jan 21st 2013) which charted:
#3 on the Beatport Overall Releases Top 100
#1 on Dubstep Top 100
#1 on Electro House Top 100
#1 Drum & Bass Top 100
#1 Glitch Hop Top 100
Candyland continues to pave their own lane bridging the gap between Trap, Dubstep, and House music with every original/remix they release.
Enjoy this download of “Partystarter” an original mix that they’ve been kicking off every party with and have decided to share with the fans for free!
Candyland releases a big EP in honour of their WMC Debut in Miami (at Mansion with Knife Party). Candyland steps into the world of BIG progressive house with their fesitival remix of Timeflies ‘Nothing At All’ while still staying true to their roots with the alternate party mix that Candyland has been known for. Also check out their new original Candyland-‘Rick Rolled’ OG Trap mix just in time for everybody rolling to/in Miami!

KEEP IT FOSSE
“At the end, cars arrive to take everyone home. Albarn, partly because he doesn’t like cars and partly because it took him years to pass his driving test only to lose his licence for speeding, leaves on his pushbike. Off he wobbles towards the Westway. The defining British musician of our times. No helmet.” Johnny Davis-GQ
